JACK CREEK GRILLE & BAR NOW OPEN
Posted by Moonlight Basin on December 16, 2011 · 2 Comments
We’re so excited to debut our new restaurant and bar, Jack Creek Grille & Bar today, located slope side in the Moonlight Lodge. Open for lunch, dinner and après ski, the restaurant welcomes guests with a casually elegant atmosphere in a mountain lodge setting, complete with roaring fire and views of the slopes. Jack Creek Grille & Bar offers an inventive menu of fine dining selections, including beef tenderloin, creative seafood, bison short ribs, and vegetarian dishes, with an emphasis on using local and organic products whenever possible.
Executive Chef Eric Stenberg is at the helm, serving up an innovative combination of ingredients to create dishes that offer an original twist on classic mountain cuisine. Stenberg joins Moonlight Basin Resort following four years at the Spanish Peaks Club in Big Sky.
The Jack Creek Bar, adjacent to the restaurant, features a full bar menu including an extensive selection of wines, local and regional micro-beers as well as signature Moonlight Martinis and specialty cocktails. For après ski, a selection of appetizers and small dishes can be enjoyed, along with cocktails and entertainment.
Also debuting today at Moonlight Basin is The North Slope Deli. Located right off the slopes in the Moonlight Lodge, the new deli is open for breakfast & lunch daily and is the ideal spot for guests who are looking to grab a quick bite on the go. The North Slope Deli offers a selection of gourmet sandwiches, homemade soups and baked goods along with a full espresso bar.
Hours of Operation: The Jack Creek Grille (Open Daily 11am- 10pm); The North Slope Deli (Open Daily, 8am – 6pm); The Jack Creek Bar (11am- close)
