Turkey for a Ticket 2011at Moonlight Basin
It’s time for our 5th annual Turkey for a Ticket food drive to benefit the Gallatin Valley Food Bank. Last year we collected 28,000 pounds of food and over 850 turkeys. This year we want to go bigger and better. Help us make this year the best one yet by joining us at the Madison Village Base Area on Friday, Dec. 16, 2011, from 8:30 a.m. – 1 p.m. Bring 20 cans of food OR one frozen turkey to donate and receive a complimentary lift ticket valid that day only. Don’t miss this chance to help a neighbor and earn a free lift ticket!
In addition, participants can enter to win a 2011-2012 Midweek Season Pass, which will be raffled off during the event. The winner will be announced at 1:30 p.m. on the deck of the Headwaters Grille, and must be present to win.
For you season pass holders and corporate donors don’t worry, we’ve also got you covered for this event.
- Moonlight Basin or Biggest Skiing in America Season Pass Holders: receive one voucher for a single day lift ticket with the donation of 20 cans of food or one frozen turkey. The voucher is valid Monday through Friday, December 16-23, 2011 and January 2-27, 2012.
- Corporate Donors: receive one lift ticket voucher per 20 pounds of food or frozen turkey. Minimum donations must equal 80 pounds per company to receive vouchers. There is a maximum donation for Corporate Donors. Maximum is 800 pounds. Businesses can still only make one drop off. Vouchers are valid Monday through Friday, December 16-23, 2011 and January 2-27, 2012.
Please note: pass holder and corporate donations may also be dropped off at Albertsons in Bozeman from 7:30 a.m.-11 a.m. on December 16th.
